Andy Dean is the owner and president of Dreams 2 Reality Custom Homes and a Business Management graduate of Texas A&M University. Andy has over 20 years experience in the home building industry. He grew up in the construction industry and worked his way through high school and college by working at various trades such as such custom cabinet construction, flooring installation, plumbing, electrical, heating and ventilation installation and service, framing, painting and roofing. He spent 11 years in the computer industry as a logistics manager and business planner which developed his skills currently used to ensure the homes he constructs are done in an effective and efficient manner. He has a family in Montgomery.

We pride ourselves in our ability to satisfy the wants and needs of each client. We’ll make sure that the home we build for you is one that best suits you, your family, and your lifestyle.

Our commitment to building excellence is assured to each homeowner by concentrating on the design and construction of a limited number of homes per year. By doing so, we are able to give each one the individual attention required to achieve the highest possible standards. This also allows for a much closer builder/client relationship, without all the intermediaries.
What this means to you as a homebuyer is you will have direct access to the top level of management, the builder of your home. This level of communication assures complete attention to every detail.

Dreams 2 Reality strives to provide 100% client satisfaction in all aspects of the building process and our standards are insured through new home warranties. These warranties include 1 year workmanship and materials (bumper to bumper), 2 year mechanical (Plumbing, Electrical and Heating, AC & Ventilation), and 10 years on Major Structural Defects (MSD) for foundation and framing.

We believe the mark of a proven builder is determined by attention to quality and to careful consideration for the owner’s needs.
