Commited to Building Excellence
NEW CUSTOM HOMES
The right builder makes all the difference.
Building a custom home is one of biggest projects that most people will ever embark on. It's important that the builder you choose provides you with the utmost confidence in your home building endeavors.
For over 25 years, Andy Dean has been building quality custom homes throughout Southeast Texas, and along with the homes he's completed, he's built an incredible reputation for exceptional quality, integrity, and service.
At Dreams 2 Reality, we have a commitment to assuring excellence in both product and process for each homeowner we work with. As a smaller, family-run company, we strategically accept a limited number of projects per year. By doing so, we are able to ensure each customer who trusts us to bring their dream home to life receives the individual attention needed to achieve the best possible results. This prioritized builder/client relationship allows for direct access to the actual builder of your home, providing you with clearer communication, more attention to detail, and personalization throughout the entire home building experience.
We believe in open communication, transparency, and reliability, ensuring you feel informed and empowered throughout the entire process.
But we don't just stop at the finished product -> in an effort to provide 100% client satisfaction in all even after the bulk of the building process, we insure our high quality standards through new home warranties. These warranties include:
-> 1-year workmanship and materials (bumper to bumper)
--> 2-year mechanical (Plumbing, Electrical and Heating, AC & Ventilation)
--> 10-year Major Structural Defects (MSD) for foundation and framing.
If you've decided it's time to move up to the luxury and comfort of a custom home, we hope you'll explore some of our completed projects and get an idea of what Dreams 2 Reality has to offer. Your choice in builders is one that will affect not only the outcome of your home, but your overall home building experience - let Dreams 2 Reality help make both a dream come true!
