Meet Your Builder!
Andy Dean is the owner and president of Dreams 2 Reality Custom Homes. He is a Business Management graduate of Texas A&M University and has over 25 years of experience in the home building industry. He grew up in construction and worked his way through high school and college in a variety of trades, becoming familiar with skills like custom cabinet construction, flooring installation, plumbing, electrical, heating and ventilation installation and service, framing, painting and roofing. Before starting D2R, Andy spent 11 years in the computer industry as a logistics manager and business planner developing the skills he would later use to ensure every home he constructs is done in an effective and efficient manner.
A small-town family man, Andy works to preserve the values of hard work, integrity, and dedication to his craft and continuously prioritizes taking time to understand the wants and needs of each client. Andy’s years of expertise, unmatched attention to detail, long-standing relationships with local contractors, and heart for customer satisfaction is truly what sets building a home with Dreams-2-Reality apart from the rest.

These warranties ensure your complete satisfaction with your dream home even after your move-in date. What does this look like? Every home we build includes 1 year workmanship and materials (bumper to bumper), 2 year mechanical (Plumbing, Electrical and Heating, AC & Ventilation), and 10 years on Major Structural Defects (MSD) for foundation and framing to continue providing each client with peace of mind that their home is to the highest standard even after the initial build is complete.
